3. Iron John’s Brewing Company

Founded in 2014, Iron John’s produces small batches of beer brewed with a system that incorporates repurposed materials, such as soup kettles, which have been fashioned to their needs. Barley is milled on-site and a wide variety of unique, locally-sourced ingredients are used, turning the job of brewing beer into an art form. Since its debut in 2006, Barrio Brewing Co. has become the third-largest independent brewery in the state, offering signature and seasonal brews in a fabulous old converted warehouse located in the industrial downtown area.
